By accessing or using GovtBudget.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.

GovtBudget.com provides analysis of government budget data for India (Union and state budgets), the United States (federal and state budgets) and the United Kingdom (public finances). We offer free, registered, and paid tiers with varying levels of data access, export capabilities, and consultation services.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly (Rs 499/month) or annually (Rs 999/year). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any paid features during that period. Contact billing@govtbudget.com for refund requests.

5. Data Usage and Attribution

Budget data presented on this platform is sourced from publicly available government documents. You may use data from GovtBudget.com for personal, educational, or journalistic purposes with attribution. Commercial redistribution of bulk data exports requires a paid subscription and written permission.

6. Expert Consultation

Consultation sessions provide general educational information about government budgets and finance. They do not constitute professional financial, legal, or investment advice. Consultation bookings are subject to availability and may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.

7. Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, budget data may contain errors or lag behind official revisions. GovtBudget.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on data presented on this platform.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use GovtBudget.com to:

• Scrape or bulk download data beyond your subscription limits
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our systems without authorization
• Misrepresent budget data or attribute fabricated data to this platform
• Use automated tools to circumvent rate limits or access controls

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madhya Pradesh, India.
